Take a trip with me to South America! We’ll make Aji de Gallina, a mildly spicy Peruvian chicken stew which is traditionally served with rice, potatoes, and hard boiled eggs. We’ll also make Argentine Empanadas, and, also from Argentina, my favorite cookie, Alfajores.
