This iconic Northern Italian dish, Polenta is a go-to comfort food during the fall and winter months. We’ll make a traditional Polenta and serve it with delicious and quick Pork Meatballs in a savory Tomato Sauce. You’ll also learn a few ways to use leftover polenta.
The class will start off with a Canellini Bean Crostini to nibble on while we cook, and will end with a Poached Pear with Mascarpone dessert.
As always, you will sit down with your classmates to enjoy the meal that you cooked together, and you will get a recipe packet to take home with you!
