Homemade pasta from scratch. There’s nothing better! You’ll learn how to make a basic pasta dough, a tri-color dough which we’ll turn into a spectacular Ravioli with Brown Butter and Sage Sauce (sure to impress your dinner guests), and quick weeknight Linguine with Tomato Sauce. We’ll finish with a Seasonal Fruit Galette for dessert. This is a fun, hands on class, and you’ll come away with the confidence to make your own pasta at home!
